  • Licensure and Compliance

    • Collaborate with Complaint Resolution Coordinators (CRC) to resolve case processing issues.
  • Background Checks
    • Manage GMC and background checks for applicants, ensuring timely completion.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with applicants, team members, and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with Professional Credential Services (PCS) to ensure seamless application processing.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage electronic databases and maintain accurate records.
    • Collaborate with Board Staff and CRC to receive and process supportive documents.
    • Draft letters and memos as needed.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
    • Ability to learn and utilize custom-designed software (MLO NURSYS).

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
