Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the security operations of our facilities, ensuring the protection of our property and personnel.
  • Manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to enhance safety and security.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for security personnel on safety protocols, emergency response, and customer service.
  • Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
  • Perform regular inspections of the premises to identify and address potential security risks.
  • Investigate security breaches, incidents, and other disturbances, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

    • SIA Licence
    • CCTV Licence
    • 5 Year checkable work history
    • Valid full UK manual driving licence
    • At least 5 year's experience in the security sector
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Good time management and ability to plan workload effectively
