About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics Team within the Warehouse department at Guardian Industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate mobile plant equipment to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations.
  • Ensure quality compliance against pre-defined quality specifications to maintain high-quality products.
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve the logistics process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with leaders and peers to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Proactively approach safety and assess hazards to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Flexible and positive attitude with a can-do approach.
  • Be contribution motivated and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Be comfortable using mobile plant equipment and have experience with FLT/Crane operations.
  • Have demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivate.
  • Have the ability to drive change and improve processes.
  • Need a meticulous eye with keen attention to detail.

What We Offer

  • 12-hour shift pattern (DDNN RRRR) or Day shift – Monday – Friday (8am – 4:30pm).
  • Starting salary of £29,000 with shift premium for 12-hour shifts.
