Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse to take on a challenging and rewarding role as a Paediatric Nurse Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure clients' physical and emotional needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to develop and maintain bespoke care packages.
- Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK.
- Active NMC PIN and up-to-date tracheostomy care and ventilator experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Competitive salary up to £49,000 per annum.
- 33 days' holiday.
