About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including peg feeding and non-invasive ventilation
  • Administer medication and assist with daily living tasks
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, gaining their trust and confidence
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
