Role Summary: As a Junior Electrical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for independently assembling products and electronic components while also mentoring and guiding less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and test cable harness assemblies within the electrical division, adhering to product certification protocols and customer specifications.
  • Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards by certifying your own work.
  • Utilize all necessary tools, equipment, and measuring instruments for electrical assembly tasks.
  • Meet production timelines for assembly, inspection, and testing as required.
  • Complete all documentation related to the manufacturing data pack accurately.

Qualifications and Skills:
