Senior Marketing Executive

Errigal, a leading construction company, is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join its expanding Non-Core business division. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and drive career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to ensure alignment with brand identity.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, plans, and projects, and communicate with senior leaders.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance against marketing KPIs.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive positive traffic and brand awareness.
  • Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, event management, publicity, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Produce engaging content for the website and blog to attract and convert target audiences.
  • Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Oversee and approve marketing materials.
  • Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, gain insights, and assess against goals.
  • Analyze behavior and adjust advertising accordingly.
  • Responsibility for content on the Internal Communications Platform.
  • Responsibility for ordering brand merchandise and ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee advertising and marketing strategies to raise awareness and promote non-core businesses, including arranging trade shows and organizing merchandise.

Essential Criteria:

  • Degree or proven relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and WebTrends.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Numerical literacy and comfort working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for writing and witty communication.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
