  • Deal Execution: Collaborate closely with senior team members to execute transactions, including preparing pitch books, drafting offering memorandums, and coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle. \t
  • Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients, participating in client meetings and calls, and assisting in the preparation of client presentations.

Qualifications:
