Role Overview

The Finance Business Partner will collaborate closely with Client Partners to deliver financial guidance, analytical insights, and strategic recommendations aimed at driving improvements. This pivotal role encompasses forecasting, budgeting, and trend analysis to support clients in reaching their objectives.

  • Collaborate with Client Partners and designated clients
  • Deliver commercial analysis and strategic insights
  • Oversee forecasting and budgeting processes for clients
  • Employ data analytics to identify potential risks and guide decision-making
  • Engage with group finance and front office teams
  • Challenge stakeholders regarding expenditures and propose cost-reduction strategies

  • Present monthly financial analyses and variance reports
  • Assist the Audit team with necessary requests
  • Foster a positive culture within the finance team and across the organization

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Familiarity with the marketing sector is advantageous
  • Capacity to work collaboratively and take initiative
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus

Work Arrangement
