About the Role

We Are With You is seeking a skilled Non Medical Prescriber to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting individuals with their healthcare needs, providing clinical management and prescribing medication as necessary.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out clinical assessments, diagnoses, and management in line with WithYou and national regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Prescribe medication and provide support and advice on substance misuse, harm reduction, and other healthcare-related issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of interventions and treatments.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse or Pharmacist with a valid NMC or GPhC registration.
  • Successful completion of the supplementary/independent prescriber course.
  • 3 years' worth of references and an enhanced DBS check (if applicable).
