Job Description

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Senior to join a leading Top 30 chartered accountancy firm in the UK. As a key member of an experienced and well-regarded tax team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate tax compliance and advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Tax Compliance: Prepare and review corporation tax computations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Tax Deadline Management: Manage key tax deadlines, including return submissions and payment schedules, to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Client and HMRC Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and HMRC on tax-related matters, providing clear and concise advice and guidance.
  • R&D Tax Credit Claims: Prepare and submit R&D tax credit claims, including comprehensive reports and supporting documentation.
  • Remuneration Planning: Assist with remuneration planning, including share incentive schemes, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Tax Advisory Services: Support Partners and Managers in delivering tax advisory services and planning projects, providing expert guidance and advice.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: ATT, ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification, or significant experience in corporate tax compliance and/or advisory gained within an accountancy practice environment.
  • Experience: Previous corporate tax experience gained within a UK accountancy practice, with a strong understanding of specific tax software and corporate awareness.
  • Skills: Strong corporate awareness and relationship building skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail, and ability to manage and multitask workloads effectively.
