Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional evening recruitment events.
Compensation: £25,000, commensurate with experience.
Location: Office-based, with the requirement to travel to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and screening CVs.
  • Conducting initial telephone interviews.
  • Confirming interview schedules and maintaining applicant records in our database.
  • Organizing and scheduling candidates for local recruitment events.
  • Coordinating follow-up interviews and providing feedback.
  • Facilitating interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers.
