Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Recra Consulting. As an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, conducting repairs to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
  • Conduct electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and schedules to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Assist in the installation, modification, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure seamless integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to ensure our electrical systems remain cutting-edge.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members as needed to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, and circuits to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing and diagnostic tools to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams to ensure accurate understanding of electrical systems.
  • Relevant technical qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field to ensure expertise and credibility.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred to ensure familiarity with electrical systems in a real-world setting.
