Job Summary:

Ernest And Florent LTD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing multiple commercial fit out projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial fit out projects, including CAT A & B and Cut & Carve and New Build
  • Support junior members of staff on site and in the office
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Experience working on commercial fit out projects
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Experience within a private practice or consultancy
  • Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
  • Excellent attitude and team player
  • Able to support with mentoring junior colleagues
