A Regulatory Compliance Coordinator is sought for a reputable recruitment firm.

Role Responsibilities

This position involves providing essential support to the recruitment teams focused on rail and aviation sectors. Collaborating with Lead Recruiters, the Training and Compliance Manager, and fellow Compliance Administrators, you will ensure all administrative tasks are executed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Sentinel Coordinator, managing the processing of sponsorship requests.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new workers, including verification of identification.
  • Conduct monthly equipment calibration audits and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Manage procurement and oversight of hired commercial vehicles.
  • Work collaboratively with other Compliance and Training Administrators.
  • Order personal protective equipment (PPE) for contractors and maintain stock for the office.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience in a similar capacity.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
