Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our fashion store teams, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales through physical and digital channels, achieving store targets, and leading an inclusive and diverse team that embodies the BHF values.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and maximize sales through physical and digital channels
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the wider BHF team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
- Ensure compliance with BHF policies and procedures, including health and safety, and data protection

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a track record of delivering sales growth and exceptional customer experiences

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
- Ability to work under own initiative and take a proactive approach to driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
