We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at our Newbury Gym. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members while they enjoy our wet facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members
- Monitor and maintain the safety of our pool and spa areas, responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a high-quality service and promote a positive club atmosphere
- Support the development of our members by providing guidance and advice on safe swimming practices and pool etiquette
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety
