5 Hertford Street is an exquisitely designed private members' club, managed by entrepreneur Robin Birley, situated in the vibrant area of Mayfair. Our mission is to create a welcoming environment, where members enjoy the highest level of service from a dedicated team who are familiar with their preferences.
We are currently seeking a Line Cook to become a vital part of the Loulou's kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities of the Line Cook:
- Preparation of all menu items during service
- Evening mise-en-place duties
Experience & Qualifications required for the Line Cook:
- Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
- Experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private members' club is advantageous.
Working Hours:
The working hours for this position are structured over five days, from Tuesday to Saturday, with only straight evening shifts.
The club is closed on Sundays, public holidays, and during the Christmas period.
