About the Role:
We are in search of a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic educational team.

Your primary focus will be to assist a young girl with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and behavioral difficulties.

This role encompasses providing both educational guidance and specialized support, ensuring the child is encouraged to achieve her utmost potential.


In addition to classroom assistance, you will engage in various planned activities throughout the day, including outings to local venues and other enriching experiences.

This position is vital in delivering consistent, high-quality support to facilitate the child's academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver steadfast and supportive assistance to the child, upholding high standards in both educational and SEN contexts.
2. Aid the child with daily tasks and organized outings, fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere.
3. Collaborate closely with educators and staff to execute individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions.
4. Address challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

About You:
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly with SEMH, ASD, and behavioral challenges, is essential.
A balanced yet nurturing approach, coupled with a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the school community.
