Job Opportunity:

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to fill a key role in their team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to clients' users, ensuring they can effectively utilize IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to users via the IT Service Desk, ensuring business continuity and resolving IT Incidents and Service Requests in an efficient and customer-centric manner.
  2. Handle and manage incoming calls and online requests, logging them in the Service Management tool and coordinating with other IT Support Analysts to provide support and guidance to team members.
  3. Understand and follow agreed IT Service Management processes, ensuring colleagues are informed on best practices and integrating Service Management tools with other platforms for continuous improvement.
  4. Experience with Windows 11, Service Management tools, and ITIL Foundation certification is required, along with eligibility for SC clearance and a minimum of 5 years' residency in the UK.
