About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Spiritual Care Practitioner to join our team at Ashgate Hospice. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering spiritual care that respects all faiths, beliefs, and cultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patients and families at every stage of care
  • Provide expert advice on spiritual, religious, and cultural beliefs
  • Participate in community outreach activities, promoting open conversations about death and end-of-life care
  • Develop a spiritual care service that meets the unique needs and values of all patients and their families
