We are currently seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic People team. Reporting to the Payroll and Benefits Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the evolution of our Benefits offering at Forseven. This position will be responsible for delivering and onboarding competitive and engaging benefits packages for our employees.
As the Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will manage relationships with multiple Benefits providers and a Payroll provider, ensuring seamless service and accuracy in payroll submissions. Your expertise in benefits administration and payroll processes will be essential in supporting our employees and the wider People team.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage company benefits, including provider relationships and timely invoice payments.
- Process benefits requests, changes, and queries to ensure accurate enrollment and payroll deductions.
- Serve as the internal expert on benefits, supporting employees, management, and the People team.
- Assist in developing and communicating the Forseven Benefits strategy.
- Handle payroll-related queries and support accurate UK and international payroll processing.
- Prepare and provide reports on benefits and payroll for the People team.
- Suggest process improvements and ensure compliance with local legislation.
- Manage third-party Employer of Record partners and ensure timely, accurate payments
- Experienced in benefits administration within a fast-paced People function.
- Proficient in UK and global payroll processes with advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Confident in using HiBob and managing client relationships.
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and a resilient team player with a can-do attitude.
