  • Maintain hardware inventory and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Train staff as needed, providing technical guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of audio visual systems and components.
  • Experience with video conferencing systems and maintenance of AV systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
