Position Overview

Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Industry: Retail

Location: Hybrid

Compensation: Up to £85,000 + Car Allowance

We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity to become a part of the architecture team at a prominent retail organization.

As a key member of the architecture team, the Cloud Infrastructure Specialist will engage in a variety of projects and collaborate with multiple technology teams, serving as the Azure Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Your role will involve delivering technical solution designs and providing implementation guidance on both network and cloud infrastructure technologies.

With your extensive experience in Azure, you will be responsible for governance and overseeing the migration from on-premises to cloud environments, ensuring adherence to best practices while managing the Azure architecture.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Azure (certifications preferred)
  • Experience in designing and implementing SD-WAN solutions
  • Comprehensive understanding of networking standards
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code methodologies, such as ARM or Terraform
  • Extensive experience in infrastructure design across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments
  • Experience in the retail sector is advantageous
