Muller Dairy Multi Skilled Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team at Muller Dairy's Droitwich site. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing our machinery, while actively seeking and implementing new improvement methods to increase reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose faults and test, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment.
  • Examine machinery and equipment, reporting on condition, performance, and plan of action for improvements.
  • Carry out planned and preventative maintenance to agreed schedules.
  • Interpret and implement technical service instruction data relating to machinery and equipment.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Liaise with manufacturers of specialist machinery and equipment.
  • Support site roadmaps for Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, and Autonomous Maintenance.
  • Apply Reliability Centred Maintenance techniques.
  • Utilize CMMS historical data for improvement initiatives and fault trending.
Requirements:
  • Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship.
  • Educated to ONC/HNC or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
  • Proven experience in a maintenance environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective planner and organiser.
  • Strong ability to make logical decisions.
  • Positive attitude and a can-do approach.
  • Ability to prioritise workload to achieve operational and personal targets.
