A career in healthcare is immensely rewarding, as it enables you to positively influence the lives of individuals on a daily basis.
We are in search of dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistants who possess an engaging demeanor and are keen to develop their expertise in the specialized field of complex care. Our mission is to foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where our young service users can flourish. We are looking for a care team that aligns with our vision. If you are enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact in a child's life and have either relevant experience or a willingness to learn about complex care requirements, we encourage you to reach out to us.

About Our Service User:
Our service user is a young girl who resides with her family and their pets.

Additionally, you will assist her in engaging in activities she enjoys, which include outings in the community, visits to parks and beaches, holidays, hydrotherapy sessions, and quality time at home. She also loves watching animated films and shows that are vibrant and filled with sounds and music.
During overnight hours, you will provide comfort and reassurance as needed, while promoting a peaceful environment. You will manage her clinical interventions and ensure her needs are met promptly.
It is crucial to understand that our young service user is registered blind and cannot communicate verbally. While she comprehends conversations, it is essential to familiarize yourself with her unique signals and cues, such as facial expressions and sounds, to effectively address her needs without causing distress.
