About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Get Recruited (UK) Ltd. As a Junior Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling insurance accounts, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with our team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle insurance accounts, including quoting, binding, and renewing policies
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
* Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

Requirements:

* 0-2 years of experience in insurance or a related field
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
