Customer Service Representative

ESP Utilities Group Ltd is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. As a key member of the customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our core system.
- Proactively engage with vulnerable customers to provide support during power outages.
- Log all customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and customers to arrange delivery of sub-contracted works.
- Coordinate compensation payments to customers in accordance with industry standards.
- Take ownership of service-related issues and resolve them in a confident and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to customers throughout the asset adoption process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in checking documents and accuracy of detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
