Job Overview

The primary objective of this position is to oversee, coordinate, and manage custody and criminal justice operations, focusing on the welfare of individuals in custody while leading a team of custody officers and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill the essential duties of a Police Custody and Security Officer, ensuring the care, safety, and supervision of individuals in custody, adhering to established protocols and applicable laws.
  • Manage the procedures and security related to all evidence retained for potential court use, while also providing custodial services for lost, found, and stolen items.
  • Assist in the administration of various criminal justice functions, including the handling and upkeep of warrants and legal documents, reviewing and forwarding standard prosecution reports, and maintaining accurate criminal justice records.

A valid driving license is preferred for this role.
