Job Description

**Procurement Manager - Indirect Sourcing Expert**

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at 1st Executive Limited. As a key member of our Global Sourcing team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end complex sourcing projects across the breadth of the indirect spend category.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with senior-level stakeholders to nurture relationships and ensure the value of Procurement is recognized.
  • Deliver multiple tenders and negotiations for the category, drafting and issuing RFx documentation, completing offer analysis, and negotiating contractual and commercial terms.
  • Prepare recommendations for the client and support the Category Manager in defining and executing strategies for different spend areas.
  • Participate in internal company continuous improvement projects and initiatives, including internal training initiatives and supplier forums.

**Requirements:**

  • Procurement experience gained in the Indirect spend category.
  • Proven experience of delivering indirect sourcing projects.
  • Ability to work well in a high-volume, fast-paced multi-project environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skill-set, demonstrating success in influencing decision-making.
  • Experience of working in a regulated industry sector.
  • Degree or CIPS qualified is preferred.
