The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of statistical and statutory returns for the Department of Health, Trust, and other organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Processing and Quality Control: Process data to ensure audit checks are regularly carried out and data integrity is maintained.
  2. Reporting and Analysis: Produce routine reports and graphs by manipulating data in various software, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Access.
  3. Information Delivery: Support the delivery of regular and ad-hoc information to clinicians and managers for monitoring service performance as delegated by the Senior Performance Analyst and Performance Analysts.
  4. Data Quality Monitoring: Monitor data quality reports and bring any concerns about data quality to the attention of the appropriate team member.
  5. Action Planning: Jointly develop appropriate action plans to rectify data quality issues, including proposed changes in Policy and Procedure in the department.
