The Role

You will be part of a team of technical experts managing Beeks Group's network. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the technical delivery to all Beeks customers and network services.

  • Work as part of a 24x7 shift rota in line with business requirements.
  • Provision new services for Beeks customers, including servers, firewalls, GRE tunnels, etc.
  • Investigate and diagnose network-related incidents reported by customers, and liaise with transit providers/cross-connect peers if necessary.
  • Analyze and upgrade network resources where required.
  • Deploy and maintain BGP sessions on trading, WAN, and public network infrastructure.
