About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced lettings professional to join our team in Southampton. As a Resident Service and Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring the building is maintained and managed efficiently, and working closely with the Community Manager to deliver a first-class resident experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the lettings process: You will be responsible for managing the lettings process, including conducting customer viewings and tours, face-to-face resident interaction, and building a good relationship with customers.
- Prospecting potential tenants: You will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential tenants, and ensuring that they have a positive experience throughout the lettings process.
- Undertaking pre-let inspections and scheduled inspections of communal areas: You will be responsible for conducting pre-let inspections and scheduled inspections of communal areas to ensure that they are maintained to a high standard.
- Logging receipt and collection of customer parcels: You will be responsible for logging receipt and collection of customer parcels, and ensuring that they are delivered to residents in a timely manner.
- Building security and resident administration in line with GDPR: You will be responsible for ensuring that building security and resident administration are in line with GDPR regulations.
- Arranging and hosting events for residents: You will be responsible for arranging and hosting events for residents, such as community events and social gatherings.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of working in a customer-facing role: You will have a proven track record of working in a customer-facing role, with experience in hospitality, property, or customer service.
- Continually strives to improve knowledge, skills and abilities: You will be committed to continually improving your knowledge, skills, and abilities to produce the best results.
- A flexible approach, dedication to working well in a team: You will have a flexible approach and be dedicated to working well in a team, with a positive attitude and ability to go above and beyond for residents.
- Positive attitude and ability to work with little supervision: You will have a positive attitude and be able to work with little supervision, with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English and numeracy.
- Proficient with common software: You will be proficient with common software, such as Microsoft and Windows.
- Experience with events desirable: Experience with events is desirable, but not essential.
Working Pattern:
The working pattern will be Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work.
