Responsibilities:
In your role as a Lead Surgical Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the circulation role and advocating for a patient-centered approach in collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Executing scrub duties in accordance with established protocols, enhancing quality assurance, and promoting evidence-based practices.
  • Performing all tasks with professionalism and competence, including mandatory surgical assessments before, during, and after procedures.
  • Organizing, controlling, and managing the use of surgical instruments and medications for various surgical interventions.
