Key ResponsibilitiesCost Estimation and Planning

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to prepare detailed cost estimates, feasibility studies, and establish budgets for proposed projects.

Contract Management

The successful candidate will develop tender documents, contracts, bills of quantities, and manage procurement processes to ensure smooth project execution.

Cost Control and Monitoring

Our ideal candidate will monitor project expenditures, ensure adherence to budgets, and provide regular financial progress reports to stakeholders.

Valuation and Payment

The Quantity Surveyor will value completed work, arrange payments, and prepare interim valuations and final accounts to ensure timely and accurate financial settlements.

Risk Management

We require a candidate who can identify potential risks, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

The successful candidate will ensure all projects comply with relevant laws and regulations, provide advice on construction law and contractual issues, and promote sustainable construction practices.

Sustainability and Value Engineering

We are looking for a candidate who can promote sustainable construction practices and implement value engineering principles to enhance project outcomes.

RequirementsCore Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional certification (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven experience in cost estimation, contract management, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of construction law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, MS Excel).
