About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Site Engineer Apprentice to join our team at Costain Group Plc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the preparation of construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
  2. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
  5. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical and business skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or HNC level qualification in a relevant engineering subject.
  • Understanding of engineering principles and technical knowledge of construction techniques.
  • Some civil/mechanical construction experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to sustainability, safety, health, and environment.
