Role Responsibilities

As a key member of our expanding marketing team, you will oversee the daily operations of a small team, including an Influencer Marketing Specialist and a Social Media Coordinator, while collaborating with a Graphic Designer. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, your role will encompass:

  • Expertise in performance media, particularly in managing substantial campaigns on social platforms.
  • Overseeing marketing initiatives for our online retail presence, including managing advertising strategies and optimizing product listings.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Marketing to establish an annual marketing calendar that includes promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Guiding the Social Media Coordinator and Influencer Marketing Specialist to ensure that performance metrics are met and tasks are executed efficiently.
  • Developing and implementing email marketing strategies, including automated flows and promotional campaigns.
  • Contributing to the social media strategy with innovative ideas to boost brand visibility and drive online sales.
  • Creating compelling content for various marketing channels.
  • Assisting in the launch of new products and brands through research and competitive analysis.
  • Engaging in public relations efforts to enhance our media presence and improve SEO rankings.
  • Providing monthly updates on marketing performance and activities.
  • Handling additional marketing tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Experience in team management.
  • Proficiency in paid social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
  • A genuine interest in the beauty and cosmetics sector.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to inspire others.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
