Marketing Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our Marketing Communications team at Newcastle Building Society. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of our marketing plan for savings, financial advice, and member value.
Key responsibilities include launching and delivering innovative and exciting campaigns, propositions, and content to support targets and achieve commercial goals. You will use insights and data to support the design, project management, and execution of campaigns to acquire, retain, and engage customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of creating and delivering marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience, and experience of managing campaigns across a range of channels. Financial Services experience is desirable, but not essential.
