About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team at Grand Union Housing Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work across various trades, including plastering, groundworking, and painting and decorating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a range of tasks across multiple trades, including plastering, groundworking, and painting and decorating.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in both occupied and unoccupied environments.
  • Use handheld devices for task management and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Travel between sites as required and work in diverse conditions, including indoors, outdoors, and on roofs.
  • Participate in emergency out-of-hours call-outs and be available for standby duties.

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds/NVQ qualification or equivalent experience in one of the above trades.
  • Proven experience working with handheld devices for efficient task management.
  • Ability to work in diverse conditions and travel between sites as required.
  • Understanding of health and safety legislation and commitment to compliance.
  • Flexibility to work in occupied and unoccupied environments.
