Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in a purpose-built neurological home in Pontypridd. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents with neurological conditions.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in a Low Secure Mental Health Facility. The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC pin and experience in administering medication, reviewing and planning care for patients, and implementing care and treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication to patients
  • Review and plan care for patients with neurological conditions
  • Implement care and treatment plans for patients
  • Liaise with other professionals to deliver care to patients
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC pin
  • Experience in administering medication and reviewing care plans
  • Ability to work as part of a team
