About the Role
As a Senior Manager in our Business Advisory team, you will be responsible for leading innovative and exciting client engagements, mentoring talented professionals, and being at the forefront of our ongoing growth. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor performance in terms of budgets, time, and expenses, reviewing working papers for accuracy and completeness, and delivering quality accounts and tax compliance services with minimal Partner input.
- Provide routine tax, accounting, and general commercial advice to clients.
- Resolve accounting and tax problems as they arise.
- Ensure that working papers, financial statements, tax returns, and client files are prepared in accordance with the firm's accepted standards.
- Continue the development of long-term professional relationships by communicating progress, problems, resolutions, financial information, tax activity, and other business concerns to the client.
- Review with the engagement Partner significant findings that raise questions involving tax implications and possible tax planning opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional services to existing clients.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to join our team. You will have:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or qualified by experience, with significant relevant experience in a similar role.Experience of managing a portfolio of clients and assisting partners in maintaining client relationships.Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance.Proven background supervising a team of accounts staff.Organised, accurate, flexible, and able to plan use of time efficiently.Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with both clients, team members, and colleagues, with the aptitude to quickly build rapport.Excellent written and oral communication skills.
