About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Zizzi. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume the role of Head Chef in their absence, leading the kitchen team to deliver maximum profitability and exceptional food quality.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and specifications, working across all sections of the kitchen to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Plan and prepare for shifts, delegating duties to the team and ensuring the right level of food is prepared.
  • Work closely with the restaurant team to deliver Great Times for our customers, taking pride in the presentation and quality of food from the kitchen.
  • Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and safety, adhering to our policies, processes, and guidelines.
