About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all mechanical aspects of projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend project start-up meetings and oversee mechanical aspects of projects.
  • Familiarize yourself with project details and specifications.
  • Collate technical submittals and ensure timely approval.
  • Manage labor trackers and maintain progress reports.
  • Liaise with main contractors and client-based site teams.
  • Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
  • Ensure adequate materials are available for project completion.
  • Implement commissioning plans and manage K&M handover processes.
  • Project-specific scheduling and coordination.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Mechanical Project Management or similar roles.
  • Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.
  • Experience in supervising teams.
