Electrical Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Anderselite LTD. As a key member of our electrical contracting team, you will be responsible for managing electrical elements of projects, liaising with clients and contract managers, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of electrical elements of projects
  • Liaison and reporting to Contract Manager and clients
  • Closing liaison with in-house colleagues
  • Attend site meetings and communicate with client representatives as required
  • Attend site to review progress, installation quality, etc
  • Identify and raise time/cost variations to contract scope
  • Arrange daily/weekly labour and materials
  • Feed into project programme progress and submit progress reports
  • Support Contracts Manager with labour and material forecasting
  • Raise risk assessments and method statements
  • Ensure compliance with client/PC Quality Assurance processes
  • Act as Qualifying Supervisor for NICEIC certification

Requirements:

  • Experience on the tools as a qualified electrician
  • Experience in electrical contracting in the domestic sector
  • SMSTS qualification preferred
  • BSth edition qualification preferred
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Previous Qualifying Supervisor role undertaken
