About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Ashlea Court Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and dignity are respected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including personal care, meal support, and mobility assistance.
  • Support daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with medication management and administration.
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement among residents.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant or in a related field.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on residents' lives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
