Role Overview:
As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the development of exceptional live and hybrid events.
Your responsibilities will include managing smaller projects or segments of larger initiatives, ensuring we fulfill our commitments while fostering a positive team atmosphere. You will be involved in budget oversight, production logistics, and creative execution, acting as the central link that integrates various teams to deliver outstanding experiences for our clients and their audiences. Your ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment of live event production, coupled with a desire to learn and adapt, will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of specific client deliverables, ensuring that their expectations are not only met but surpassed.
- Foster strong client relationships, actively listening to and addressing their needs in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date status reports and schedules, tracking action items to ensure all deadlines are adhered to.
- Guarantee that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Organize regular team meetings and facilitate communication among team members to promote success.
- Oversee production resources and logistics.
- Assist in the development and management of production and travel schedules.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for crew members.
- Manage project wrap-up and documentation processes.
- Understand the budgeting process, assisting in budget management and reconciling costs.
- Support the creation of project scopes and budgets for smaller initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of billing schedules.
- Begin to demonstrate commercial awareness.
- Assist in generating creative concepts for a diverse range of clients and projects.
- Lead kick-off meetings, communicating project scopes and expectations to the team.
- Collaborate with Resource Managers to secure necessary resources.
- Support the creative development process, including graphics and content creation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage program components, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Experience in leading teams, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication for timely project delivery.
- Proficient in budget management, invoicing, and cost tracking, with hands-on experience in production logistics.
