Job Title: Production Quality Control Specialist

Join HelloFresh as a Production Quality Control Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our meal kits while maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for assisting in the creation of meal kits for our customers. You will be working closely with the production team to ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.
  • Assist in the processing of rejected items, supporting auditors and team leaders to maintain quality and workflow efficiency.
  • Help coordinate and organise tasks and resources for quality control auditors.
  • Monitor adherence to standard procedures and provide guidance to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Support cross-training initiatives to enhance team versatility and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate and escalate issues to team leaders for prompt resolution.
  • Contribute to process optimisation and quality improvement strategies.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with best practices and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communicator (proficient English levels)
  • Basic numeracy and computer skills.
  • Proficiency in using G-Suite Software (Preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a warehouse or similar environment, but not mandatory
  • Excellent teamwork collaborates effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
