We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users who live independently in their own homes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support service users with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
* Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
* Follow individual care plans and support service users with their medication
* Work as part of a close-knit team to provide exceptional care and support
