About the Role:

We are seeking a committed professional to become a vital part of our CBE team, representing our esteemed fashion brand. As a brand ambassador, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and excellence of our window displays and store environments within your designated region.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CBE Manager to create visual merchandising tools and processes, establish seasonal guidelines, and deliver training on visual merchandising.
  • Visit retail locations to ensure product displays align with brand expectations.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Area Managers and store personnel.
  • Exemplify the values of the CBE department in-store, demonstrating enthusiasm and dedication.
  • Collaborate with area and store managers to effectively highlight key products.
  • Oversee and catalog props within your assigned territory.
  • Provide insights and share best practices with the team.
  • Conduct training sessions on visual merchandising for store staff.
  • Uphold luxury retail standards by supervising store upkeep and ambiance.
  • Analyze competitor strategies to gather insights and report findings.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in visual merchandising within a luxury brand
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Suite
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
