Key Responsibilities- Programming, setting, and operating a range of Doosan lathes with Fanuc controls to produce high-quality PTFE parts.
- Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Performing routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and company expectations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote productivity and safety.
- Proven experience in CNC turning, with a focus on PTFE machining.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications, including Fanuc controls.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
Monday to Thursday (07:30 AM until 16:00 PM) and Friday (07:30 AM until 16:00 PM)
